So now that old man winter is on his way out, I’m wondering how much of a spring we will actually get again this year. This week temperatures will be warming up so go out and assess your landscape and lawn if you have not had a chance yet.

The last few years here in the Northeast, it goes from cold winter to hot summer temps and there’s little of the 50-65 degree weather that we usually anticipate for New England. Cooler weather allows spring cleanups to progress in a more timely manner versus rushing the seasons along.

Everything will just start popping including the green lawns once we get a week of rain and warm sunshine. Tree buds are already emerging and it won’t be long until we see new foliage and the flowers of SPRING- Oh allergy time again! I’m not looking forward to the pollen but I’ll take it over cold and snow any day 🙂
